How to arrive on Ponza
Ponza can be reached by various forms:
- by plane from the airports of Rome and Naples and from there to the embarkation ports by train, taxi, rental car or helicopter;
- by train to Formia or Anzio and from there to the embarkation ports by taxi or on foot (one kilometer);
- by car to the embarkation ports of Formia, Terracina and Anzio. On the island the circulation of non-resident cars is limited during the summer months. However, we recommend that you leave your car in a guarded parking lot near the port of embarkation.
